Reserve a tasting
My process starts with a conversation. We talk about your preferences to decide which cakes and desserts you would like to sample at a tasting. Tastings include a sampling of three cake flavors from our cake menu.
We will also discuss ceremony details such as to how many different cakes to include, design vision, pricing and location.
Tastings are scheduled two weeks in advance.
Tastings take place at Flying Bear on 1st Street in Langley on Sundays or at Portico on 1st Street in Langley on Wednesday evenings.
The tasting fee is $45.00.
Each cake is quoted on an individual basis, depending on the specifics.
Tiered presentation cakes typically start at $8.55 per slice (dependent on floral design complexity).
Non-tiered display cakes start at $6.25 per slice.
Desserts, including seasonal gallettes, and chocolate espresso whiskey mousses in chocolate tulip cups are priced at $6.00 each.
Polenta almond rosemary tortes, are $5.00 each.
A 50% deposit is due upon ordering and secures your dessert date. Delivery fees are dependent on distance and time of delivery.
The balance is due two weeks before the wedding. It is recommended to book for your special day six to eight months in advance; the first step is to contact us to discuss your celebration.
We will then collaborate together, in person or via email, creating and fine tuning design and logistic details.
